2025 Take Flight Fundraiser Success

People came out to raise money for the Remington Viney Legacy at the fourth annual Take Flight Beer Launch on Saturday, March 8th; WKOW covered our event. The Lone Girl Brewing Company brewed and served their honorary beer, Take Flight, which was first brewed in 2021 to benefit Remington’s memory and scholarship program, which her family started. The legacy’s mission is to help women and girls whose dream is to fly. The Remington Viney Legacy provides annual scholarships for women to fund flight training, licensure, ratings, or endorsements. The day was fun, including a raffle, silent auction, food, live music by Ron Denson, and a presentation from last year’s recipients and the Women in Aviation- Four Lakes chapter members. Waunahops and Lone Girl Brewing Company sponsor this annual event. The Take Flight beer is on tap, and cans are available for purchase.
